The positions of Artistic Direction and Organizational Direction are not governed by a specific contract and there is no compensation for the duties performed, just as there is no compensation for board members, and the association does not use consultants and external executive staff.

The allocation of the MIC grant for 2025 activities, pursuant to D.G.S. of 24 July 2025, Decree no. 1154, amounts to €58,530.00.
The allocation of the Emilia-Romagna Region grant under Regional Law 13/99 for 2025 activities, Regional Executive Resolution no. 1067 of 30 June 2025, amounts to €34,800.00.
The allocation of the Municipality of Ravenna grant under the five-year agreement 2023–2027, for the 2025 annual period, pursuant to Municipal Executive Resolution no. 19763 of 28 January 2025, amounts to €12,000.00.
The ArtBonus contribution from Fondazione del Monte di Bologna e Ravenna amounts to €27,000.00 in support of the project Alphabet et ultra 2026.

Marco Valerio Amico – Choreographer
graduated in May 2001 from the Civica Scuola di Arte Drammatica Paolo Grassi in Milan.
In 2004, together with Rhuena Bracci and Roberto Rettura, he founded the contemporary dance and research company gruppo nanou, of which he is choreographer and artistic director.
He has presented his work with the company in Italy, Europe and the United States.
He is the creator and artistic director of the AgoraKajSkené projects (2008 > 2012), a residency and comparison project on artistic languages, and Alphabet (2017 > ), a training project in contemporary choreography supported by the Municipality of Ravenna and Fondazione del Monte di Bologna e Ravenna.
In 2021 he led the post-diploma course for the Contemporary Dance Course of the Civica Scuola di Teatro di Milano Paolo Grassi, directed by Dr. Marinella Guatterini.
From 2022 to 2024 for Anghiari Dance Hub he was tutor to choreography;
In 2025 he is selected by the Resid’And project at the National Academy of Dance in Rome.

Rhuena Bracci – Dancer/Choreographer
Began training as a gymnast from the age of 5, participating in national and international competitive meets. She trained as a dancer with Monica Francia and Michele di Stefano. From 1999 to 2004 he was part of the Monica Francia company. From 2001 to 2004 he worked with the Teatro della Valdoca. In 2005 he performed in MK’s Real Madrid, choreographed by Michele Di Stefano. She is co-founder of the nanou group company.
In 2024, she graduated as a yoga teacher with the school of advanced training and research “I vasi comunicanti” founded and directed by dancer, choreographer and teacher Francesca Proia.

Domenico Garofalo – Manager and promoter
 Curator and cultural project manager in the field of performing arts, he began his path after graduating in Political Science, working in several festivals in Campania such as Napoli Teatro Festival Italia and Ravello Festival. He obtains a Master’s degree in European Studies specializing in cultural planning and in 2018 he begins his collaboration with nanou group as promoter and organizer. Since 2021 he has been co-director and manager of Nanou, collaborating on the artistic and design direction of the company. He has worked over the years as promoter for dance and theater artists and, from 2019 to 2022, as manager for Körper – Dance Production Center of Naples. Artistic consultant for dance at Teatro Pubblico Campano since 2023, he has been actively collaborating with different artistic realities of the Italian and international contemporary scene as curator and manager of cultural projects.
