Nanou Associazione Culturale ETS is a non-profit association working in the production of contemporary research choreography. This notice explains what data we collect through the grupponanou.it website, for what purposes we use it, and what tools you have to manage your preferences, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).

Newsletter

Nanou Associazione Culturale’s newsletter service is managed by Voxmail, which processes data on our behalf as data processor. We collect your email address, first name, last name, and any optional data (organization, role) you enter in the sign-up form. The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given at the time of sign-up. We use this data solely to send you communications about Nanou Associazione Culturale ETS’s activities: we never share it with third parties for any reason. We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter, until you request cancellation. You can withdraw your consent at any time: every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, or you can select “Cancellami” on this form.

Shop

If you make a purchase in our online shop, we collect the data needed to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, contact details) and to manage payment. The legal basis is the performance of the sales contract. We use this data solely to ship the products you’ve chosen and to contact you regarding your order; we retain it for the period required by tax and accounting obligations (10 years, as provided by Italian civil law).
We use WooCommerce to manage the online shop; for payments we use Stripe, which acts as data processor and may transfer payment-related data to the United States under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can consult Stripe’s privacy policy for more details on this transfer.

The site uses technical cookies, necessary for it to function, and optional cookies (functional, statistical, and marketing) that are installed only with your explicit consent. Transfer of Data Outside the European Union

Google, Meta, and Stripe are based in the United States and may process data collected through their respective tools outside the European Union.
