Starting from listening to time and to the weight of the body, and moving through basic acrobatics and yoga techniques, the workshop opens pathways toward the full range of the body’s dynamic and specific possibilities. A research process grounded in listening to the connection between concreteness, dynamics, specific actions, and the intensification of presence.

Rhuena Bracci – dancer / choreographer. She began training as a gymnast from the age of 5 by participating in national and international competitive events. She trained as a dancer with, among others, Monica Francia and Michele di Stefano. From 1999 to 2004 he was part of the Monica Francia company. From 2001 to 2004 he worked with the Teatro della Valdoca. In 2005 he performed in MK’s Real Madrid, choreographed by Michele Di Stefano. In 2024 she graduated as a Yoga teacher from the advanced training and research school I vasi comunicanti, founded and directed by the dancer, choreographer, and teacher Monica Francia. Francesca ProiaCo-founder of Nanou, an artistic collective and production body founded in 2004 together with Marco Valerio Amicoand Roberto Rettura.
Nanou is conceived as a place where body, sound, and word construct a shared choreographic language, giving rise to organic works.
Under the name gruppo nanou, she has presented her work in international contexts including Les Brigittines (Brussels), Unidram (Potsdam), La MaMa (New York City), and Castel Sant’Angelo (Rome).
In 2022… Paradiso She was a finalist at the Ubu Awards (Best Dance Performance, Best Set Design). In 2024, redrum won the Ubu Award for Best Dance Performance.
